Returns & Replacements

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to finalize posting the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@thebroadstore.com.
