The Broad Store Subscription Terms
Free Trial & Billing
We’re glad to offer a 3-day free trial of your Membership, giving you the chance to explore the benefits before any payment is due. Unless cancelled, your Membership automatically continues as a paid plan beginning at midnight on the third calendar day after sign-up. At that time, you’ll be billed $29.99 for each 28-day period. Membership renews automatically every cycle unless you cancel.
Membership Savings
From your trial onward, your active Membership gives you access to exclusive discounts on select purchases.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Membership at any time by emailing support@ thebroadstore.com or by clicking the cancellation link provided.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current 28-day billing period. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a term.
- If you cancel within the initial 3-day trial window, no subscription fee will be charged. However, any discounts or free items claimed during the trial will be voided.
- If you cancel after billing has begun, you will not be charged for the next cycle.
Warranty Disclaimer
As part of your Membership, we may share written, digital, or multimedia content (the “Content”). You agree that use of the Content is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Content and your use of it. This includes—but is not limited to—any errors, inaccuracies, interruptions, unauthorized access, or harmful code. We do not guarantee, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party services or websites linked within the Content.
Limitation of Liability
We and our team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
(a) errors in Content,
(b) personal injury or property damage linked to your use,
(c) unauthorized access to servers or stored information,
(d) service interruptions,
(e) malicious software, or
(f) any losses resulting from use of the Content.
This limitation applies regardless of legal theory and to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Broad Store, along with our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners, against any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your breach of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update or revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website at least three days before taking effect. If you do not agree with the changes, your only remedy is to cancel your Membership. The rest of the terms remain enforceable even if one section is modified.

Independent Relationship
You and The Broad Store are independent parties. Nothing here establishes a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. You may not represent yourself as acting on our behalf.

By joining the Membership, you agree that The Broad Store bears no liability for your use of third-party sites. You may also encounter material that you find offensive or inaccurate; you waive any legal claims against us regarding such exposure.
Automated Access
You agree not to use automated tools (such as bots, spiders, or scrapers) that overload our servers beyond what a normal web browser would generate. Public search engines may index our content with permission for the purpose of search visibility.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
